Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Aha Math, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of that charge.

Aha Math includes a 1-day free trial with unlimited questions for every learner in your family. No credit card is required to start the trial, and you are not charged unless you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.

To request a refund, email danny@suncoastais.com with the email address on your account, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Because Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all orders, Paddle processes all approved refunds.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your parent dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
